Agent App
Codex, Claude Code, Grok and Distill threads. Pick model, effort and permissions, run locally or in an isolated worktree, queue follow-ups.
Free · Open source · MIT
MacCode runs Claude Code, Codex and Grok side by side with the subscriptions you already pay for. Bots, terminals, SSH, browser and Git live in the same native window.
macOS 14+ · Apple Silicon
Your AI accounts
Sign in with the plans you already pay for. Agents use them directly, and MacCode never bills you for tokens. Auto then picks a model for every new conversation.
Sign-in happens in your browser. Disconnect any account in Settings.
Auto
Auto picksCodex · ChatGPT
Illustration, not a measurement. Savings vary by task.
Jev
Jev decides what each step needs to read and drops the rest, so agents spend fewer tokens on irrelevant context.
MacCode Bots
Create AI teammates with their own instructions, memory and skills. Bring them back to the same job without rebuilding the setup every time.
The workspace
Everything an agent touches sits in one native macOS window, scoped to the project you opened.
Codex, Claude Code, Grok and Distill threads. Pick model, effort and permissions, run locally or in an isolated worktree, queue follow-ups.
Real Ghostty terminal tabs per workspace, with ANSI colors and persistent scrollback.
Saved host profiles per workspace, reconnect and file transfer while connected.
An embedded browser next to your agent, with its own address bar.
Changed files, diffs and git context that feeds straight into the composer.
Split panes, drag tabs, many workspaces. The layout comes back after relaunch.
Recurring prompts for Bots and workspaces, with frequency and time zone.
Connect the Chrome extension so agents can drive a browser you allow.
Jump to any workspace, thread or command with ⌘K.
MacCode for iPhone
Your Mac keeps doing the work. The iPhone mirrors workspaces, threads, terminals, browser and Git, so you can steer from anywhere.
Desktop Pet
A small black cat lives on your Dock and mirrors what your agents are doing. Click it to jump to the thread that needs you.
Insomnia keeps the Mac awake while agents work, with display and sleep options.
Your data stays yours
Code, agents, shells and Git run on your Mac. Your iPhone mirrors and controls that state over an encrypted connection. Each AI provider receives only the requests you send it.

No. You connect the ChatGPT, Claude and SuperGrok plans you already have. Agents use those accounts directly; MacCode does not resell or bill tokens.
Jev decides what each step needs to read and drops the rest, so agents spend fewer tokens on irrelevant context. It only advises; permissions still decide what an agent may do. Jev runs through your own OpenRouter key, and OpenRouter bills those calls separately. Savings vary by task.
Bots are agents with a role, memory and their own conversations. Titio is the general assistant: it knows MacCode and can coordinate your other Bots.
On your Mac. Agents, shells, git, browsers and files run there. The iPhone mirrors and controls that state; it does not run its own copy. Each AI provider receives the requests you send it.
